Recipe: Italian Chicken Bake

Today's recipe is brought to you by Michelle over at Kingdom 1st Mom. I hope you stop over at her blog and tell her hello! I am SO excited about this recipe for many reasons. One because it involves chicken; two because it contains no dairy and I have to nix dairy right now; and three because it is super quick and easy. I can't wait to try it! Thanks so much for sharing Michelle!

Italian Chicken Bake
One of my favorite meals is what I like to call Italian Chicken Bake. It is one of the easiest recipes that you'll ever make and it's really good! Simply gather your ingredients, toss everything into a roasting pan and pop it in the oven. That's it, an all in one meal that is super simple and delicious! Pair it with a simple salad and bread to round out the meal if you wish.

I'm not going to give exact measurements for this recipe because it is more of a method that can easily be changed to fit your liking. Change the meat and vegetables to whatever you have on hand. You really can't mess this up!

Ingredients:

chicken
potatoes
carrots
celery
onion
Italian dressing

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a roasting pan and bake at 350 degrees until meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

That's it, easy and delicious!

Blessings,
