Foods to Increase Your Milk Supply

Today I learned something interesting from my sister in law and after successfully googling it,
I felt the need to share it with all of my mommy friends.
Apparently oatmeal is a great food to help increase your milk production.

Sayyy whatttt?

I'll take a whole truck load of Quaker oatmeal please.
Actually, make that two truck loads.

This girl here wants to have an amazing supply.
Turns out my sister in law eats oatmeal everyday (not originally knowing it helped with production)
and with a one month old baby she has managed to fill up two freezers with milk on top of feeding.
That's pretty amazing.

Three things I truly hope for with my Little Bit:
1). A healthy baby
2). A safe, natural delivery
3.) The ability to keep her on my milk for a year

So after learning this new fact about oatmeal, I searched Google for more foods that supposedly increase
your milk production so I could share it with you all! Source // Source // Source
